It's an honour to have some you as loyal followers, while others are dear past clients, and some are lovely humans from our community and workshops.
My why..
For years, I felt lost and isolated, struggling with health issues and a crushing sense of low self-worth. Honestly, I hated who I was. I hit rock bottom during my divorce that left me feeling more alone than I ever thought possible.
But in the darkness, I found hope, a lifeline in the form of my closest friends and mentors, who tirelessly supported and guided me back to the light. Now, I am strong enough to give back to others who are fighting similar battles as I once have.
Group Therapy is a means of bringing together individuals who share similar interests and values. It is a platform for me to impart my knowledge and connect you with other amazing and resilient members.
Through this network, I hope you can develop a sense of connection to the community, stay informed about our upcoming events, workshops, retreats, and receive weekly health tips and my favourite recipes!
